October 7th Commemorations

There will be multiple opportunities for our community to unite as we commemorate this anniversary and grieve the horrendous events and suffering that have followed. The events are intended to provide diverse opportunities to members of our community who have experienced the past year in many different ways.

Providing a shared space for those who would like to grieve, reflect, meditate, sit together, or talk with other TBB community members. Childcare not a current option (let us know if this will be prohibitive for you!).

Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) Commemoration Ceremony at the Wang Theater

7pm Monday, October 7
Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) Commemoration Ceremony at the Wang Theater Cosponsored by Jewish Community Relations Council (JCRC), the Israeli Consulate, several synagogues, and other groups.

Seating is limited, and pre-registration required. Each person needs to register individually through CJP.  

Join a group of TBBers to participate in-person. We will be coordinating a meet-up for people who would like to go together.
 

Listening Sessions

These sessions are opportunities to be together, to talk about what we are thinking and feeling.

Come together to mourn all the suffering, death, violence, and innumerable tragedies that have taken place during the past year. This event will center on our shared humanity and on grieving for the Israeli, Palestinian, and other peoples affected by these terrible events. Childcare provided.
